During June 1 -  May 30 has been organized an international seminar for judges of the Local Organising Committee (LOC) to prepare for the European Youth Olympic qualifier Tournament.

Seminar was taken by Jeoge Salcedo (Head of the Technical Committee of the International Federation of Athletika) and his assistant Alexander Cherkashin (International Technical Officer).

The workshop was attended by 40 local judge. The rules of the competition were covered during the workshop.

On the last day of the tour, the participants of the seminar visit the Republican stadium named after Tofik Bahramov. The second half of the day all the delegates gave the exam.

During the five-day workshop, participants were given theoretical and practical information.
